What we collect

One thing: your email address. And only when you hand it to us to request the free 18-point course audit. No accounts, no profiles, no fields you didn't see.

Why we have it

To send you the audit and follow up about it. That's the whole reason. We don't add you to a list, and we don't email you about anything else unless you reply and start the conversation.

Where it goes

The audit form posts to a third-party form processor (Formspree or Netlify Forms), which stores the submission so we can read it and reply. The exact endpoint is configurable and lives in one place: the actionattribute on the form in LeadMagnet.astro, marked with theSWAP FORM ENDPOINT comment. Nothing gets piped anywhere beyond that.

Cookies and tracking

None. Today this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, pixels, or tracking scripts of any kind. If we ever turn on analytics, it'll be a cookieless kind (Plausible or Fathom). No banner, nothing following you from site to site. We'll update this page before we do.

We don't sell your data

We don't sell it, rent it, or trade it. Not to advertisers, not to anyone.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. Say the word and it's gone.

Your rights

You can ask to see exactly what we hold, or to have it erased: the access and deletion rights under GDPR and CCPA. Emailhello@nogimmiesgolf.comand we'll take care of it.
